My daughter and I came up with the idea of her being a mime this year for Halloween after watching an episode of The Bachelorette where the guys had to dress up as mimes for the day. I really pulled everything together randomly and last minute. I picked up her gloves at a thrift store in Minneapolis, her hat from H&M, striped shirt online from Aeropostale, striped leggings, thermals (because we live in Minnesota and it was really cold), socks and shoes from Target and her sequined suspenders, new, from a Goodwill in Portland, Oregon. Now onto her makeup. The Makeup!! A Facebook friend of mine posted that she had some openings for Halloween makeup at her studio in St. Paul. I contacted her and grabbed a spot quickly! Now I know I could’ve very well done my daughter’s makeup on my own, but I thought it would be a fun experience for her to have a professional do it. I never imagined it would look as amazing as it did. Thank you Brett Dorian for the most amazing makeup! It really made the entire costume!
